1/2 cup almond breeze--1pt.
1/3 cup mini marshmellows--1pt.

Dinner:
1/2 jiffy corn muffin--2pt.
half 3/4 cup rice--2pt.
1/2 cup beans--2pt.
little pot roast--4pt.
ss roll--3pt.
nut tossie--4pt.
